Policies and rates for children<\/h3>

Children up to and including 3 years old will receive free bed and board (and cot if available).<\/p>

Children from 4 years up to 9 years old will have bed and board at a discounted rate.<\/p>

They can play with equipment and games available to everyone for free and are required to store everything used neatly and in good condition.<\/p>


<\/strong>Internet\/Tv sat<\/h3>

Satellite TV and WiFi Internet are available in the common areas (lounge) and free of charge. Also in the room there is an antenna that facilitates the local mobile phone connection. In case of need we provide the company telephone.<\/p>


<\/strong>Parking, barbecue and playgrounds<\/h3>

All free for guests
Uncovered private parking is available on site<\/p>


<\/strong>Check-in and check-out<\/h3>

Check-in from 15:30 to 22:00 Check-out at 10:30. Out of hours check-out: an extra payment may be required (at the cost of another night). It is advisable to contact us to communicate the estimated time of arrival. The meal on the day of arrival must be booked 24 hours in advance\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>


Reception<\/h3>

You will be greeted with a welcome drink and at the same time we will register the documents and the payment. Maps of Etna, information and tourist material are available to guests<\/p>

We will give you the keys of the room and the gate and you can enter and exit freely during your stay<\/p>

In the cold season it will be our care to have the wood stoves already turned on for you. It will be the guest's care, even with our help, to help keep them on<\/p>


<\/strong>Linen and room cleaning<\/h3>

The initial linen change is included. The next linen change is: bathroom linen every 3 days, bed linen every 7 days. The additional change of bed \/ bathroom linen, if requested, will cost 10 euros. To allow cleaning it is advisable to leave the rooms by 10:30 am .Final cleaning is included<\/p>


Others<\/h3>

Not allowed: smoking in the common areas and in the bedroom, using stoves (gas, electric or other) to cook in the room, welcoming personal guests in the rooms, organizing parties \/ events by yourself<\/p>


<\/strong>Timetable<\/h3>

breakfast will be served from 08.00 to 10.30<\/p>

lunch from 13.00 to 15.00<\/p>

dinner from 19.00 to 21.30<\/p>

For special needs, ask for availability<\/p>

Quiet hours are between 22,30 and 08,00

<\/p>

Allowed pets: dogs and cats<\/h3>

of any breed and size in a maximum number of 3 per room upon agreement \/ confirmation of the manager. Their presence must be declared at the time of booking.<\/p>

Only pets accustomed to being in shared environments, not noisy or aggressive, are allowed<\/p>

they must be in good health, clean, with a health card<\/p>

they must be kept on a leash in the common areas and cannot stay in the dining room or kitchen<\/p>

they can sleep in the room but only in some dedicated spaces, they cannot sleep on the beds<\/p>

they must go to the toilet outside<\/p>

they cannot be left alone in the structure, they must always follow the owners<\/p>

Pets may not be allowed at certain times of the year<\/p>

Equipment for the animals provided by the structure: carpet to rest, bowl<\/p>

One-time final cleaning cost calculated in the estimate<\/p>
